Not completely happy with your purchase? No worries, here’s how to return your item quickly and easily.

You can return your new yoga clothing within 30 days of receiving it. Make sure the item is clean, unworn, and in its original condition, with hangtags and packaging bags included. That way someone else can enjoy it as new. 

We believe in making conscious choices when ordering and returning your products. We are happy to offer you a return label at a discounted price. Please go to our Returns page to register your return. Do you want to exchange your product for a different size? Then choose store credit, and your return is free within the Netherlands.

1: REGISTER YOUR RETURN

Click the ‘Start Your Return’ button at the top of the page.
Log in with your order number (no spaces) and the email address you have used for your order. Your order number always starts with RG followed by 4 digits. You can find it on your packing slip or the order confirmation email.

When registering your return, you can choose between a refund or store credit. If you choose store credit, your return is free within the Netherlands, Germany and Belgium. Unfortunately this option is not available when you have paid your order with Klarna.

Print your purchased return label along with the return info or simply add your packing slip.
No printer? No problem! If possible, please use the Smart Return option (or a similar service offered by your local carrier) and include the original packing slip with your return."

Returning an item? The first two items are free. From the third item onwards, a small fee of €1 per item applies to help cover our return handling costs.

2: SEND YOUR PACKAGE

Important check: 

  • Your item is clean, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, free of stains or (animal) hair. 
  • Labels and hangtags are attached. 
  • Repack the item in the original plastic bag and, if possible, in the original shipping box. 

Include the return form or packing slip. 

Drop off your parcel at the drop-off point of your chosen carrier along with your return label, or digital label.

Returning multiple items from different orders? Clearly mark the packing slip with a note. This helps our warehouse team process everything smoothly. 

Important: Do you live outside the EU? Unfortunately, we cannot offer you a return label. Please send your package to the address given at the bottom of this page. 

3: RETURN PROCESSING & REFUND

As soon as your return arrives at our warehouse, we’ll carefully check the item. If everything is in order, we’ll process your refund the same day during weekdays. Sometimes, due to extreme business, it may take a bit longer. If you opted for store credit, we’ll notify you on the email address you provided while making your purchase. You’ll also receive confirmation by email once the refund has been processed.  

Important to know: If a return doesn’t fully meet the conditions, we charge a small fee to make the item sellable again: 

€5 for missing packaging or tags 

€10 if the item needs professional cleaning 

If the item is returned in such poor condition that it can’t be resold, we will charge 50% of the purchase price.  

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What is your return policy?

You can register your return within 30 days of receipt via our Returns Portal, where you can also purchase a discounted return label. Once registered, you have 14 days to send your package back.

Important: returns that are registered too late are automatically rejected by the system. If you're only 1 or 2 days late, just send us an email and we'll evaluate the situation to see if we can make an exception.

What does returning cost?

You can purchase a discounted return label via our Returns Portal:

  • Netherlands & Germany: €2.95 for a letterbox parcel, €3.95 for a standard parcel
  • Belgium: €4.95
  • Other countries: costs are shown in the Returns Portal

Choose store credit and your return is free (currently applies to Netherlands, Germany and Belgium orders not paid via Klarna).

If you return your entire order, we'll also refund the original shipping costs (applies to EU orders).

Can I exchange for another size or color

Unfortunately, we don't offer direct exchanges. You can return the item and place a new order.

If you choose store credit, your return shipping is free (currently applies to Netherlands Germany and Belgium orders not paid via Klarna).

What if I received the wrong item or my item arrived damaged? 

Please let us know as soon as possible at info@renegade-guru.com

To help you quickly and efficiently, please send clear photos of the product, the label, and the barcode on the plastic bag. That way we can resolve it right away.

Where is my refund?

If you choose a refund, you'll receive the amount back via the same payment method you used when placing your order. Please note: this happens after your return is inspected and may take 1–2 business days following our confirmation.

If you choose store credit, it will be added to your account and applied automatically at checkout on your next order.

Haven't received your refund within the expected time? Please contact us as soon as possible so we can help.

What happens to my gift card or discount code if I return something?

If you placed an order using a gift card or store credit and you return (part of) your order, we'll add the remaining amount back as store credit. This will be applied automatically at checkout on your next order.

Note: gift cards and store credit cannot be exchanged for cash.

If you used a promotional discount code, the discount amount will be adjusted proportionally in your refund. Please keep in mind that promo codes are single-use and cannot be reissued, not even in the case of an exchange.

Why was part of my refund withheld? 

If an item is returned dirty, damaged, washed, or without tags, we can no longer sell it. In that case, we deduct part of the refund to cover costs. The exact amount depends on the situation, and we'll always let you know by email in advance.

How do I return from abroad (within the EU)?

All EU returns can be registered easily via our Returns Portal, just follow the steps. You'll also be able to purchase a discounted return label directly.

Please note: if you're returning from Germany, Belgium, or France, it may take a little longer for your package to reach our warehouse in the Netherlands. To keep your return costs low, your parcel first goes to a collection hub and is then forwarded to us. Once it arrives, we'll process it as soon as possible. Thanks for your patience!

I live outside the EU, can I still return?

Important: shipments via Royal Mail, US Mail, or other postal services often get lost or are returned to the sender. Please use a courier such as FedEx, DHL, or UPS, one that allows you to enter our contact details online. Always keep your track & trace information until we confirm your return has been fully processed.

My return arrived over 14 days ago but I haven't heard anything. What now?

Please contact us with your order number and track & trace code and we'll help you as soon as possible.
