Great that you want to place an order! We do our best to make it as easy and clear as possible.

If you order in the Netherlands before 22:00, your package will usually arrive the next business day.
For Belgium and Germany: order before 13:00 and you will usually receive your order within 1 to 2 business days.

How do I place an order? 

Choose your favorite items, select the right size, and add them to your shopping cart. Then proceed to checkout, fill in your details, and choose your payment method. It's that simple!

Can I also order by phone or email?

No, orders can only be placed through our webshop. Need help choosing the right size or finding a product? We're happy to help via info@renegade-guru.com or +31 (0)20 261 9180 (Mon–Fri 9:00–17:00).

Do I need to create an account to order?

No, that's not required. You can order with or without an account. Having an account is convenient: you can easily check your order status, remember your size, and skip re-entering your details next time.

Will I receive an order confirmation by email?

Yes! As soon as your order is placed, you'll automatically receive an order confirmation in your inbox. Nothing received? Check your spam folder or contact us.

Are prices including VAT? 

For EU customers the prices are incl VAT. This VAT is based on your country.

For non-EU customers the prices shown are excl VAT. 

Shipping costs are shown separately in your shopping cart.

What if a product is out of stock?

If an item turns out to be unavailable, we'll contact you as soon as possible by email or phone to discuss your options.

Can I change my order after placing it? 

Once we receive your order, we immediately start packing and shipping it. Unfortunately, it's not possible to change your order after it has been placed.

Can I cancel my order?

Our orders are processed immediately, so cancellation is only possible within a very short time frame. Contact us right away on +31 (0)20 261 9180 (Mon–Fri 9:00–17:00) and there's a chance we can cancel your order before it ships.

I entered the wrong address, can you fix it?

Unfortunately, we can’t change the delivery address after your order has been placed because we process orders quickly. If the package is returned to us, you’ll automatically receive a refund, and you can place a new order with the correct address.

Is there a special discount for yoga teachers?

Yes! Yoga teachers receive a 20% discount on the entire collection. You can easily sign up through our special page, where you’ll also find all the details on how it works.

Can I buy an Renegade Guru gift card?

Absolutely! With an Renegade Guru gift card, you give the recipient the freedom to choose his favorite items himself. The gift card is sent digitally and is therefore ready to be gifted right away.
