We make sure your order reaches you as quickly as possible, because we know you don't want to wait long.

We work with trusted shipping partners and always include a track & trace code so you can track your order.

We charge a fixed shipping fee per country, regardless of the size of your order, so no surprises at checkout.

Your package will be handed over to the carrier within 24 hours. You will receive an email with a track & trace number as soon as the package has been transferred.

When will my order be shipped?

We move fast! Order Monday through Saturday before 22:00 and we'll ship your order the same day. Order on a Sunday? Your package will go out on Monday.

How long does delivery take?

What are the shipping costs?

Do you deliver outside the Netherlands?

Yes! We ship to multiple countries.

Can I track my order?

Yes, As soon as your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with a track & trace link. Through this link, you can easily track your package and see its exact location and the expected delivery date.

Do you offer express or next-day delivery?

We do not offer express shipping. Please refer to the delivery times in the table above.

Do you deliver to P.O. boxes or pickup points?

Unfortunately, it’s not possible to select this in advance when placing your order. However, with some carriers, you may be able to choose a pickup point via the track & trace menu once you receive your tracking number.

Will my order be delivered in one package?

In most cases, yes. If items are shipped separately, you'll receive an individual track & trace code for each package.

What happens if I'm not home when my order is delivered? 

No worries! The delivery service usually tries to deliver again or takes the package to a nearby pickup point.

If the package isn’t collected, it will be returned to our warehouse and processed as a return.

I entered the wrong address, can you fix it?

Unfortunately we're unable to change the delivery address after an order has been placed. If the package is returned to us, you'll receive a refund and you're welcome to place a new order with the correct address.

What should I do if my package hasn’t arrived or is delayed?

First, check your track & trace link. Still no news? Contact us and we'll look into it together.

My order has been returned. What now?

Once your package is back with us, we'll process it and issue a refund automatically. Any questions? Feel free to reach out.

Can I pick up my order at your office? 

No, unfortunately that’s not possible. Our warehouse is located in Roosendaal (the Netherlands) and isn’t accessible to visitors. All orders are shipped via our webshop.
