Once we receive your order, we immediately start packing and shipping it. Unfortunately, it's not possible to change your order after it has been placed.

For EU customers the prices are incl VAT. This VAT is based on your country.
For non-EU customers the prices shown are excl VAT.
Shipping costs are shown separately in your shopping cart.

You can pay safely in the way that suits you best.
We accept iDEAL, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and Bancontact.Prefer to pay by credit card? You can also use Visa, MasterCard, or American Express.
You choose your payment method during checkout.
What is store credit and how does it work?
What is store credit and how does it work?
Store credit is a balance linked to your account that you can use toward future purchases, and it's our go-to alternative for exchanges. You can read all about this process on our Returns page
If you have store credit available, it will automatically appear as a payment option at checkout when you're logged in. Simply apply it and the amount will be deducted from your order total. Any remaining credit stays on your account for next time. Store credit is personal, non-transferable, and can only be used in our webshop.

We move fast! Order Monday through Saturday before 22:00 and we'll ship your order the same day. Order on a Sunday? Your package will go out on Monday.

Yes, As soon as your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with a track & trace link. Through this link, you can easily track your package and see its exact location and the expected delivery date.

You can register your return within 30 days of receipt via our Returns Portal, where you can also purchase a discounted return label. Once registered, you have 14 days to send your package back.
Important: returns that are registered too late are automatically rejected by the system. If you're only 1 or 2 days late, just send us an email and we'll evaluate the situation to see if we can make an exception.
What does returning cost?

You can purchase a discounted return label via our Returns Portal:
- Netherlands & Germany: €2.95 for a letterbox parcel, €3.95 for a standard parcel
- Belgium: €4.95
- Other countries: costs are shown in the Returns Portal
Please note: from the third item onwards, a small fee of €1 per item will be charged to help cover our return handling costs.The first two items are free.
Choose store credit and your return is free (currently applies to Netherlands, Germany and Belgium orders not paid via Klarna).
If you return your entire order, we'll also refund the original shipping costs (applies to EU orders).
