Store credit is a balance linked to your account that you can use toward future purchases, and it's our go-to alternative for exchanges. You can read all about this process on our Returns page

If you have store credit available, it will automatically appear as a payment option at checkout when you're logged in. Simply apply it and the amount will be deducted from your order total. Any remaining credit stays on your account for next time.

Store credit is personal, non-transferable, and can only be used in our webshop.
