At Renegade Guru you can pay with a variety of payment options which are all easy and safe to use such as iDeal, PayPal, Bankcontact/Mr. Cash, Sofortbanking, Mastercard/Visa Creditcard /American Express or by bank transfer. Please keep in mind that with bank transfer you transfer the correct amount in Euro’s if you live in a country with a different currency.
We do our best to keep our stock up to date on the website. However, unfortunately, in some cases, it might happen that products are out of stock or on back order, even though they stood on Available in the shop. When this is the case we will contact you either by email or phone to discuss alternatives with you or to organize a refund.
When your order was successful you will receive a confirmation email of your order with an order number. We do our best to ship your order within 3 working days after receiving your order. Please check your spam if you haven’t received a confirmation email, as we might have ended up there.
Orders and delivery
Renegade Guru only uses reliable parcel services that offer a Track and Trace code, which you will receive per email from us. When you order from the Netherlands you have free shipping if your order is over €50. For all other countries, you have free shipping with an order over €150. However, this offer is not valid for Islands in Europe.
If you live on an Island, please select your island from the list of countries. The correct shipping costs amount will be added to your order. When you have not filled in the correct address, we cannot process your order.

As we want to stimulate awareness when it comes to sending parcels, because each parcel send has an effect on the environment, please contact us first if you are not sure about a product.
